Business Objective: Increase Share of Port-Ins (but not at the cost of the existing customer base)

Marketing Objective: Drive switching (attract new customers from Verizon and AT&T) and fuel upgrading (retain existing customers through device upgrades)

Business Challenge: T-Mobile is facing poor customer retention rates compared to its well established competitors.

Insight: To satisfy their desire for intellectual growth, the Technophile seeks out collaborative opportunities to inspire their own creativity.
